TITLE		Count different chars/column

OCCURRENCE	ARB_NT/SAI/Other functions/Count different chars/column

DESCRIPTION     For each column in the alignment of the marked species,
                count the number of different base characters occurring.

                Write result as SAI 'COUNTED_CHARS' with the following
                interpretation:

                        '0'       empty column
                        '1'       only 1 base in this column (conserved column)
                        '2'..'9'  2..9   different bases occurred
                        'A'..'Z'  10..25 different bases occurred
