DESCRIPTION	Allows changing the order of the fields within the
                'DATABASE FIELDS' subwindow of the 'SPECIES/GENE INFORMATION'
                window.

 		        Select fields from the subwindows and press the 'MOVE ..' buttons
                        to change the order of the fields displayed in
                        the 'SPECIES/GENE INFORMATION' window.
