Restriction sites will accept a file of restriction enzymes, and will locate
all occurences in the selected sequences.  The format of the file is single
line entries with the recognition site followed by the enzyme name.  For
example:

TTCGAA	AcpI
WCCGGW	BcaI
TCCGGA	BspEI


For the most complete set of current restriction enzymes, Dr. Richard J.
Roberts' REBASE database is available via anonymous ftp from rna.cshl.org.
This list is updated frequently, and includes information about methylation
sites, isoschizomers, references, and commercial sources.
