TITLE           Tickets referenced by #number

OCCURRENCE      In arb documentation.

DESCRIPTION     The arb documentation references ticket numbers, a hash followed by digits (e.g. '#21').

                You can visit such referenced tickets by either
                * manually specifying the URL in your
                  browser: http://bugs.arb-home.de/ticket/21 (where the last
                  part is the ticket number '21')
                * click the BROWSE button (in the upper right corner of the arb help window)
                  to open the help page in your browser. Tickets are linked there.
